Violins, Fiddles: We are privileged to be able to include in this auction the lifetime collection of the late John Groppenbacher. Mr. Groppenbacher traveled the Midwest during his life playing and competing with his fiddles. Winning accolades and awards everywhere he went. We will be selling his lifetime collection of 40 vintage violins / fiddles. Incl. 2 Rare Stainer’s, 1 left hand; ½ size Nippon; Vuillaume; Guarnerine; ?? Cincinatti; 1 ¾; several Stradavarius copies incl. both German and Czech made; and others; 35 bows.
