Job Description:/h3:
Reports to: Engineering Manager : HTP

Job Responsibilities
xF0B7; Qualification of components for aerospace products including high temperature pneumatic shutoff and regulating valves.
xF0B7; Coordinate and execute qualification of components including:
1. Execution of the testing and documentation activities and schedules for commercial aerospace valve qualification program.
2. Communicate the project status daily to the project engineering lead.
3. Documentation, analysis, and test reports.
4. Setup and Operation of high temperature air test systems.

xF0B7; Coordinate with manufacturing engineering to develop, document, and train personnel on processes to assure ease of fabrication, assembly and test.
xF0B7; Must be able to independently run a high temperature, pressurized air testing system with minimal or no supervision.
xF0B7; Must be willing to work some night shifts and weekend shifts to support a 24/7 shift schedule for the duration of the assignment.

Requirements:
xF0B7; Experience with aerospace engine components design and qualification.
xF0B7; Project Management skills with direct customer facing experience.
xF0B7; Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Must be a good communicator, especially internally within the organization.
xF0B7; General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
xF0B7; Willing to work in a small company environment with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.
xF0B7; BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
xF0B7; 2:4 years experience in aerospace engine components, particularly in qualification projects, both testing and documentation.

xF0B7; High energy performer, willing to work in a fast:paced environment and wear multiple hats.
xF0B7; Need to be able to handle demanding customers professionally.
xF0B7; Unafraid to get hands dirty. This person will be building and testing prototypes and qualification parts.
xF0B7; High degree of accountability to team members and customers.
xF0B7; Experience with RTCA/DO:160 and MIL STD 810 requirements.
xF0B7; Mechanical engineering skills including 3D Modeling, Tolerance stackup, GD and T, DFMEA, FTA, Verification Matrices, compliance matrices, specification
reviews, QTP, QTR, ATP, QSR, QAR, new business technical proposals, Lessons Learned application, risk analyses, weight analyses, project schedules.
