The Software and Robotic Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing control software for embedded systems as well as autonomous, semi:autonomous, and tele:operated systems.Work closely with other engineering disciplines to build prototype robotic solutionsContribute to all aspects of robotics software from sensor acquisition to drive system controlDesign and implement robust system architecture, working with software, electrical, and mechanical engineers and managersSupport remote field testing and customer site visits as neededAll other duties as assigned C / C++ / Python development skills in an embedded environmentStrong Linux and QNX configuration and debugging experienceData Acquisition experience from a variety of platforms/protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI, SDIO, I2S, USB, etc)Embedded and/or mobile systems experience (ARM, Tegra, etc)Creative/Hacker attitude, able to get things done with minimal time/resources
