OFFICE MANAGER
Objectives and Expectations:
Manage daily office operations and administration including, but not limited to:
* Provide management and administrative support to the CEO;
* Light bookkeeping using Quickbooks; Invoicing, AP / AR, reconciliation;
* Implement and monitor office policy and procedure;
* Assist CEO with administration of employee benefit plans / programs;
* Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and outside contacts;
* Support coordination of project calendars, meetings, and events;
* Vendor communication and troubleshooting office equipment;
* Monitor and maintain office supplies;
* Occasionally assist in maintaining databases and conduct research for projects;
* Assist with management of Social Media presence (calendar, postings, etc.);
* Participate in additional projects as requested.
Requirements and Success Characteristics:
* 4+ years of Admin/Ops Management in a small to midsize office environment
* Experience providing administrative support to C:Level Executive(s)
* Must have Quickbooks experience
* Supervisory experience in an office setting is a plus
* Strong excel skills and overall computer skills
* Creative problem:solving skills with a proven ability to multitask
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Aptitude for working independently or collaboratively
