The postion of Manager I, Quality will be responsible for the administration, supervision, and development of the Design Quality Assurance Department. The position has supervisory responsibility for some or all of the following functions/positions: design assurance, design controls, risk management, complaints, design validation, reliability, usability, management review.
Key responsibilities include:
: Lead Design Quality Assurance department to build patient safety, compliance, and efficiency into new and sustaining products/processes.
: Manage and develop Quality Assurance employees, ensuring that a strong team environment is maintained and fostered.
: Acts as a member of the management team for the effective implementation of the Quality Policy and Quality Systems.
: Develops the site quality interface documents for understanding the Quality System Policies and SOPs for the business unit and site.
: Prepares and delivers content and analysis for the periodic Quality System Executive Management Reviews.
: Develops, manages and executes quality plans.
: Leads quality improvement by providing continuing education opportunities for staff across functional areas.
: Evaluate and approve implementation of new improved quality systems tools.
: Develops and implements methods and systems to assure that Operations and Corporate receives support.
: May represent the division as management representative to external Quality Systems.
: Assessment agencies, such as Notified Body Representatives, FDA Inspectors, and Corporate Quality Compliance
