Prepare and prep plant based meals.  Small kitchen space in a five star hotel. Will work side by side chef and other staff.  Be able to organize, work independently and be very focused  Must be comfortable speaking with guests and have knowledge of vegan, vegetarian, and plant based lifestyle.  Must be comfortable serving and cleaning spaces used.  Our perfect fit will be someone who is aligned with our lifestyle and mission.  Health and wellness is top priority.  We are looking for someone who will fit our team and love it!  This is a part time job that all hours will be through the weekend and we operate 52 weeks a year, including holidays.  Most likely to work a schedule of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but may also include Sundays and Mondays as well in the future.  Room for growth.
