To provide an efficient, pleasant environment for all of Tocaya Organicas employees and customers. To hire and empower a staff who uphold our standards of excellence and customer service as we successfully expand our brand. In addition, to proactively manage all associated costs.
Ensure brand standards are maintained
x25CF; Effectively complete training regarding all necessary food, beverage and prep knowledge
x25CF; Monitor all TO products to ensure all company standards are met
x25CF; Ensure, to the best of your ability, perfect execution for all pick:ups and catering orders
x25CF; Keep a clean restaurant and oversee all property related concerns
x25CF; Input and follow up for immediate correction of any maintenance or cosmetic concerns
x25CF; Ensure all delivery platform menus are accurate
x25CF; Ensure all employees maintain clean uniforms
Manage a successful team
x25CF; Hire and coach an engaged, talented team + follow through with all of their required training
x25CF; Ensure schedules are updated and published on:time
x25CF; Oversee Time Edits and Payroll Accuracy
x25CF; Build strong employee engagement : have regular one:on:ones with your team
x25CF; Support and oversee all kitchen concerns : oversee KM responsibilities
x25CF; Hold productive weekly meetings
x25CF; Ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service
x25CF; Proactively keep your corporate leader informed of any concerns
x25CF; Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are being upheld
x25CF; Manage all catering requests : delegate as needed
x25CF; Lead and build your team by example
x25CF; Successfully roll out all company requests
Grow sales
x25CF; Constantly test for employee product knowledge
x25CF; Role play proper ways to upsell guests
x25CF; Discover 1 opportunity per week to grow sales within the community
x25CF; Grow catering
x25CF; Follow through with set marketing initiatives
Effectively communicate with company
x25CF; Properly coordinate with KM for daily deliveries from commissary
x25CF; Assist any other locations with requests
x25CF; Ensure all required checklists are completed in allotted time
x25CF; Ensure all invoices are accurate and logged
Be accountable for unit:level economics
x25CF; Understand the basics in operating an efficient P and L including staffing, food and operating costs
x25CF; Manage wasted pars to set budget
x25CF; Manage tip allocation process
x25CF; Maintain our budgeted labor percentage, or be in:tune with reasons for going over budget
x25CF; Ensure employees clock in and out at set schedule times
California Labor and health Requirements
x25CF; Be up:to:date on all employee management requirements especially as it pertains to ensuring employees take breaks and work in a safe, discrimination:free environment
x25CF; Have or be willing to obtain a California Servsafe card
x25CF; Uphold the standards of the Local Health Dept. Ensure we always maintain and A score
