  • Orders ingredients online from distribution company 
  • Controls food and labor cost
  • Motivates kitchen crew and creates a positive environment
  • Have the willingness to learn 
  • Practices mission in place to ensure proper set up and preparation in the kitchen
  • Follows all opening , mid, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and direction of ownership.
