Req ID: 94651Position Summary:The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Business Development Managers to support prospecting of new business and executing a focused sales strategy within the territory.Job Responsibilities:- Proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote new business- Ask probing questions to identify the stage in the buying process that our customers are in to capitalize on opportunities for sales and project expansion- Support Hospitality Business Development team by following-up with customers on various items, updating CRM system with all sales activities, including managing the pipeline through a defined sales process- Proactively resolve outstanding customer issues to ensure brand loyalty- Works closely with sales teams, and technical resources to achieve sales, margin and assigned profit goals- Manages inbound inquiries for sales related topics- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting support for the region on sales activities, pipeline, revenue vs. target, etc.- Manage and maintain all account contact accuracy in CRM- Conduct in-depth needs assessments of new and existing customers- Conduct webinars to introduce new products to customers- Support development of repeatable and predictable inside sales processes- Support definition and reporting on metrics of the inside sales activities and performance- Manage and administer assigned account activities to ensure sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.- Represent HARMAN brands as liaison for Sales and administration activities related to product availability, quotation/perform invoices, order processing, product shipment, account status and after sale follow-up.- Analyze, prepare, and recommend price proposals and special programs to ensure the integrity of product pricing policies.- Prepare agendas for sales team via the sales process and schedule meetings for Business Development team.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.- 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience (selling software, technology, financial services a plus)- Experience with high volume cold calling of prospective customers- Experience using a CRM system; Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products.- Excellent communications skills- Superior follow-up and attention to detail skills- Strong ability in problem resolution, team building, and dealing with ambiguity- Outstanding presentation and communications skills.- Maintain high-level of customer service expected by our internal and external customers.Eligibility Requirements:- Willingness to travel up to 25+%- Willingness to work in an office in Northridge, CAHARMAN designs and engineers connected products and solutions for automakers, consumers, and enterprises worldwide, including connected car systems, audio and visual products, enterprise automation solutions; and connected services.
