AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide and has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Burbank, CA. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and works cooperatively with Human Resources and Senior Leadership teams to create and implement talent acquisition strategies in support of Aramark Uniform and Refreshment Services. Primary client/customer group includes exempt and non:exempt positions up to pre:executive level. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle with a strategic focus on sourcing, recruiting and retaining top talent. Responsibilities:Create talent acquisition strategies (internal and external) to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talentPartner with other Talent Acquisition Managers to understand business needs and develop talent pipelines via relational recruitment tactics and proactive sourcingInnovate sourcing strategies including, direct networking, Web 2.0 strategies, internet mining, and advanced internet research to provide marketplace intelligence and identify and attract top talentResearch, source and screen talent for immediate and future openingsAdvance the Aramark brand across the market and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidate through the selection process BachelorA?s degree5 + years of strategic recruiting and sourcing experience from a corporate recruiting environment or a mix of corporate and search firm experienceStrong sourcing and candidate relationship building experience.Proven experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as: internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technologies is required.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a mustDemonstrated success in recruiting candidates for leadership positionsProven experience in cold calling/sourcing/screening active and passive candidates.Exceptional customer service skills and experience.Exceptionally strong analytical skills and ability to manage dataExcellent communication skillsCreative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environmentStrong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity, and good listening skills123Indeed321
