Visit for more information.Responsible for driving profitable growth and expansion of market share for the hospital by coordinating functions associated with growth, including: strategic planning, program and service development, capital planning and acquisition, physician relations, marketing and sales. Directs and executes the implementation and deployment of strategies and broad business objectives at a hospital or Service Area level Provides objective data and analysis that enables hospital and service area leadership to make informed decisions and achieve strategic growth. Works with key internal and external stakeholders including physicians to ensure growth strategies are effectively deployed and results are monitored. Creates, implements and monitors tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives. Promotes corporation and ensures positive stakeholder relations through active local and service areas community engagement. Minimum of seven (7) years clinical experience in business development or related field required and three (3) years of management experience required. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field required. Additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
