Position supports the President of Dole Packaged Foods North America and Europe and the Vice President of Sales for Dole Packaged Foods. The ideal candidate will bring a high degree of professionalism and integrity; is well:organized, planning effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most; exhibits good judgment and has a positive attitude, demonstrated by focusing on opportunities rather than obstacles. This is a high profile position that requires you to be the first point of contact with VIPs including customers, business associates and other company executives and staff. We are seeking a confident, self:motivated individual who is tech savvy. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks is key to success along with a strong work ethic. Your ability to anticipate both executiveA?s needs and build strong working relationships with customers and staff associates will be essential. You will be required to be: a quick thinker, exercise discretion and judgment, highly efficient, intensively attentive to detail, extremely organized, disciplined, warm, friendly and anizes PresidentA?s time, taking into consideration priorities, available time, and other variablesManages PresidentA?s calendar, proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, sets and maintains schedules of appointments and meetings. Keeps President A?on scheduleA? Coordinates all aspects of travel and itineraries for President and VP, SalesPrepares expense reports for travel and other expensesWorks closely and effectively with the President and the VP, Sales, to keep each well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriatelySupports prioritization and re:prioritization of action items and deliverables including tracking due dates and ensuring follow:upCreates presentations to include charts and graphs, etc.Serves as liaison with direct reports, employees and customersProvides follow:up to pending issues to assure completion of tasks : internal and externalCoordinates meetings and eventsSchedules and manages arrangements for meetings and events including rooms, ordering meals, refreshments, travel logistics, etc.For international travel, ensures proper travel documents are obtained. Coordinates with international offices on logistical details, including receiving and loading of presentationsMaintain filing systems and other general office dutiesOther duties, as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Experience in a corporate environment, preferably with an international corporationMinimum of 10+ years executive administration requiredEfficient and fast with a drive to get things doneAbility to meet deadlines while managing/prioritizing multiple tasksStrong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel, including the ability to learn and apply technology quicklyAdvanced skill level in the use of PowerPointExcellent written and oral communication and organizational skills (i.e., excellent grammar, ability to proof read, etc.) KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Positive, personable, confident and a team player with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and proven ability to work in a fast:paced environmentExercises a high degree of confidentialityDemonstrates personal judgment and discretionUse of excellent time management and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact with all levels of employeesAbility to work in a team:based environment, developing cross:functional network of resources, maintaining effective working relationshipsStrong work ethic and the ability to be available outside of regular business hours for urgent matters, on occasionStrong ability and desire to learn and accept new challengesForward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutionsComputer, iPhone, iPad savvy EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Associates and/or Bachelors degree required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of
