Job Description
This position manages the customer service department. They identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of service, productivity and profitability. The manager adds value to existing customer service standards by improving processes, creating efficiencies and documenting workflow and procedures. They establish department goals and strategies to reach them. They direct the daily operations of the department, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department. The position requires the ability to handle and resolve complex and escalated customer service issues. Lastly, the manager meets with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, takes initiative and provides excellent management and communication skills. They will aid in the expansion of the department by creating structure, improving and adding to existing systems and procedures.
Responsibility
Manage, oversee, train, schedule, and coach customer service associates.
Communicate job expectations, conduct performance evaluations and enforce policies and procedures.
Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.
Improves customer service quality by studying, evaluating, re:designing, and documenting procedures.
Maximizes customer service operations by providing help desk resources and providing technical advice
Handle complaints and provides appropriate solutions and/or alternatives to ensure a satisfactory resolution
Communicates and coordinates with other departments

Requirements
Customer service management experience 3 years
A personality that is customer orientated with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Effective planning, decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills
Self:motivated to learn the technical aspects of photography.
Photography experience is a bonus.
