The Chat Specialist will drive online sales and customer care for our clientsA? customers. This position does not have direct reports. Responsibilities:A: Manage inbound chats by selling and up:selling client products and servicesA: Follow up and build relationships with prospective customersA: Present, adapt and market clientA?s customer:centric sales modelA: Educate customers on the value and necessity of productsA: Ask qualifying questions and recommend products that best fit customer needsA: Assist customers with sales process to ensure direction of clientA?s sale cycleA: Demonstrate assertiveness in improving TouchCommerceA?s business planA: Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfactionA: Work with team to create and manage excellent customer experiences QualificationsNumber of Years of Work Experience: 1 year+ of customer service/sales experience Required Skills: Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute accurately Preferred Skills:A: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsA: Demonstrate record of success in achieving/exceeding goalsA: Highly motivated and competitiveA: Willing to learn and execute various sales tacticsA: Computer proficiency, including MS Office SuiteA: Open availability Nuance offers a compelling and rewarding work environment.
