Job Description About Signius Communications Signius Communications is a leading 24 hour telephone reception service. Our ideal candidate is a positive and intelligent individual with exemplary administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience (2 years minimum) who possesses an innate desire to want to help others. Please note: schedules include weekends and occasional Holidays. Key Duties On any given day, you'll see Signius receptionists skillfully handling the following duties and responsibilities: + Making positive connections with everyone they interact with + Promptly answering inbound, overflow or after-hours telephone calls for businesses + Composing complete, accurate and helpful messages + Elevating business calls from a dry transaction to a positive and memorable experience + Making our client's day by closely following instructions but knowing when it's appropriate to step outside of those instructions + Being a reliable person that team members can count on Some of the great benefits include; + Team oriented environment + Paid training and professional development programs + Promote-from-within policy + Team member recognition programs *Benefits are available after an introductory period and are based upon employment status To be successful, a Signius Receptionist should be able to perform the following essential functions: + Remain in a stationary position 90% of their time at their workstation + Continually operate a computer via a keyboard and mouse in order to answer incoming calls, take notes, and be prompted to input a variety of information pertinent to our clients' needs via a computerized telecommunications system + Occasionally move about the inside of the office to access and utilize file cabinets, copiers, printers, and other office machinery + Communicate clearly and converse with individuals both verbally and in writing regarding the exchange of accurate, detailed information, including the ability to read and comprehend client call handling information with special instructions utilizing online computer systems + Clarity of vision at 24 inches or less in order to observe and discern information while looking at a computer screen 90% of the day + Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED!
