Job Description:/h3:
:Together with Director of Brand Development, drive development and management of Beauty Brand partnerships, working to deepen and broaden VIOLET GREYs relationship to create mutually beneficial marketing, promotional, content, PR and sales initiatives to support company strategy and growth
:With the Director of Brand Development, manage COOP 2017 program and GWP promotions to support all high potential brands and products and support company strategy
:Assist in presenting strategies to brand partners, negotiate and execute implementation of programs, working cross:functionally with Marketing, Editorial, Tech, Product, Operations and Retail/Client Service teams
:Assist with all brand events including press events,
treatments/services, master classes, trunk shows, pop:ups and influencer events
:Create reports and analytics to track all marketing and editorial activity and record and communicate all results internally and with each brand
:Send a recap of all brand credits and press mentions to brands on a monthly basis
:Negotiate additional support and contributions from brands such as sampling, GWPS, exclusives, holiday support, press samples etc.
:Prepare market materials for Brand Development and Buying teams for bi:annual market weeks (brand sales, credits, COOP, marketing opportunities etc)
:Participate and assist with weekly launch cadence and quarterly curation strategy
:Conduct competitive research and analysis
:Schedule brand trainings for new and existing brands
:Analyze E:com and Retail sales on a weekly basis and send out a weekly report. Identify best performers, solid performers and brands that need to improve.
:Manage the process of setting up new brands and products from start to finish
:New product setup in Netsuite, Spree staging, Spree production, Spree launch master doc and Shopkeep
:Determine site navigation points for all new items/categories and create JIRA ticket to set up navigation points for all new items/categories
:Tag new products with all correct attributes for site search
:Organize new launch testers for the store
:Create, place and track POs for all brand partners on a weekly basis based on forecasts provided by the Buying team to insure that we have adequate inventory on hand at all times
:Work collaboratively with the Editorial and Marketing teams to make sure that we have stock for all products featured on The Violet Files and in Marketing campaigns
SKU/UPC/Price/Discontinued products changes communicated by the brands in all docs and systems
:Support Buyer with reporting requests
:Inventory Adjustments, Transfers, and Store Allocation
:Bachelors degree
:Excellent writing and communication skills
:Must exhibit a high degree of attention to detail
:Demonstrated initiative, organizational skills and analytic ability
:Creative and strategic thinker, able to conceive of and develop unique and effective programs to strengthen brand partnerships
:Must exhibit a strong taste level, professionalism and business judgment
:Effective ability to ideate, negotiate, close and execute partnerships with brand partners
:Effective collaborator and team player
:Highly proficient in Excel
:Proficiency in Word and Powerpoint
