Job Description:/h3:
Brighters mission is to use technology and consumerism to reinvent dental care by transforming passive patients into active health care consumers. The Brighter platform connects patients, providers and payers to reduce costs while providing members with a powerful, transparent and engaging online and mobile experience.
Were currently on the hunt for a Manager, Implementation whose key responsibilities will be to 1) manage the integration of Brighters propriety technology with our dental providers existing Practice Management Software, thereby automating key features of our product 2) troubleshoot and fix any existing integrations via remote login and 3) ensuring that the data integrity of our proprietary database is in top shape. These responsibilities are critical to creating a seamless experience for dentists new to Brighters service, as well as essential to the success of our company.
Key Activities:
:Managing a team of Software Implementation Specialists who perform remote installations of our software application with dental practices who have agreed to install it, and completing the same installations, as needed
:Troubleshoot and correct challenges during the implementation process and of the ongoing operation of installed software
:Monitor previous installations to ensure they are working as intended, and working with other team members, ensure that those that are not working are restored.
:Work as liaison between provider relations and
product/engineering teams to improve installation product and processes.
:Train new members of the Implementation and Data team on company and team operations, necessary software, and existing best practices.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant professional experience, strong communication skills, and is excited about operating in a startup environment with significant growth potential.
Qualifications:
:Proven experience managing technical support teams
:Familiarity with remote support tools (SimpleHelp, Join.Me, LogMeIn, Teamviewer, Level Platforms, Kaseya, etc.
:Working knowledge of Windows (Desktop and Server) operating systems with troubleshooting experience
:General knowledge of computer networking
:Light batch and VB scripting a PLUS
:An articulate and professional demeanor
:Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
:Problem solving skills, analytical, and attention to detail
:Superior customer service to internal and external teams
:Healthcare/dental practice management software experience a PLUS
