:Executes global non:inventory purchases for the global marketing, Americas marketing, Northridge engineering and the Luxury Audio engineering group by issuing and managing purchase orders, assistance in vendor management thru SAPs Master Data Management (MDM) module; ensures prompt payment and processing of invoices with Harmans shared services accounts payable team
:Executes capitalization of the tooling assets of the global engineering projects; ensures the assets in progress are reconciled monthly with whats recorded in SAP
:Performs various financial analysis for Harman Lifestyles global marketing team and Americas marketing team; generates budget vs. actual expenses reports monthly to ensure expenses are controlled and within budgeted amounts
:Performs monthly account reconciliations
:Assists the accounting and finance team in various month end close activities
:Generates reports in SAPs Business Intelligence (BI) module for Sales teams
:Create Ad:hoc reporting using SAP or BI
:Specific Knowledge, Expertise, Coursework
:Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; strong excel skills desired
:SAP preferred but not required
:Degree and/or Training, including specifically defined educational equivalent
:High School Diploma
:Excellent organizational skills
:Good verbal and written communication skills
:Must be able to establish and maintain productive working relationships with employees and other external contacts
