The eCommerce Sales Coordinator is a vital role for our company. This position is responsible for monitoring the sales fulfillment process once the order has been placed on our website. This position requires organization and time management, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is as comfortable speaking with a customer over the phone as they are with corresponding via e:mail. This individual takes ownership of the work and is able to find solutions to the obstacles that are in their way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
:Follow up on all unshipped orders to insure customer is informed about their order. Focus on open communication with customers in order to achieve repeat business.
:Use resources at hand to fulfill expedited orders in a timely manner, including placing purchase orders and coordinating pick ups.
:Ensure all purchase transactions are paid accurately and in a timely fashion.
:Communicate any discrepancies to all involved appropriate parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
:Offer alternative solutions to customers needs
:Correctly answer customer questions about products and inventory detail.
:Direct customers to product specialist within the company if necessary.
:Communicate with RMA Coordinator and client that defective items are being resolved.
:Follow up with customer orders that have not shipped to inform them of their order status.
:Update CRM with any and all customer interaction, including updating contact information and facets.
:The ability to confidently handle all inbound e:commerce issues.
:Update and maintain delivery/shipment schedule.
:Coordinate with sales reps and warehouse supervisors any shipments to/from customers.
:Communicate with Purchasing Team regarding order and delivery status.
:Maintain current and accurate customer files and information.
:Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales Managers, Marketing and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction.
:Perform other duties as required in collaboration with Management and Ownership.
2 years of Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service experience preferred
Product Knowledge of Filmmaking Production Equipment, Recordable Media, Camera Support, Lighting, and Post Production products preferred
Strong Order Processing and Data Entry experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Expert Multi:tasker, with an ability to manage high volume of e:mail correspondence and calls
Extremely Detail:oriented
Innovative, with a solutions:driven acumen
People person; professional demeanor, and ability to work with strong personalities
Patient, work well under pressure
Punctual, strong attendance record
Fun, exciting, fast paced : great people skills
Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, PC, MAC, Outlook) type 40WPM
Experience with NetSuite ERP system and Magento web platform is helpful but not required
