You will have both exposure inside and outside of the company and will be responsible for triaging issues and/or directly addressing incoming questions. Support and implement the development tool chain which uses continuous integration and test automation. Responsible for the design and implementation of applicationsA? build, release, deployement and configuration activities. You will improve the service monitoring and self management tools and provide 2nd level support to our customers and partners.Additionaly you will be responsible for hardening the system both from a security as well as reliability perspective.Experience: Responding to customer facing tickets after escalation from level 1.Work within a global support team framework, covering 24x7x365 cloud operations.Defining, documenting and implementing as well as fine:tuning of the support tooling in order to execute the different support work/Application Security tools.Able to assign and collaborate with other Cloud Support Engineers for the best customer experience based on skillset : e.g. ensure the right expertise is on an issue.Provide expertise and front:line support of our Cloud Customer Portal and related services.Provide expertise in one or many of the following cloud and virtualization products: AWS, OpenStack, GCE, Azure.Responsible for monitoring and up time of a cloud service. Measuring and reporting KPIs, benchmarking.Contribute to new products and feature enhancements and documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve customer deployment issues using email, phone, and web conference technology.At least 1 year of work experience. Technical and communication skills:Knowledge and affinity with Devops and Agile Operations and development Methodologies i.e continous deployment.Running/managing Cloud or Virtualization technology cloud services.OS/Hypervisor level performance tweaking of UNIX systems (Linux, Ubuntu, Vswitch, KVM, Containers, Docker).Knowledge of concepts such as autoscaling and self healing systems.Experience with monitoring tools and automation/configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef or equivalent.Coding skills Bash Python, Go, JavaScript, working experience routers, switches, firewalls.Experience with security testing tools such as CyberArk.Knowledge of, or exposure to Storage Systems.Experience with Issue and requirements tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.Willingness to learn and adapt to the entire technology stack.Ability to find/adapt the right tool for the right task easily and fast.Strong oral and written communication skills, team player mentality. Language:Fluency in English is mandatory. Education:BachelorA?s degree in Computer Science; or equivalent by experience. The above are minimum requirements.
