We are seeking a Creative Director in our Studio City office As a member of the Marketing and Creative team, the Creative Director is a dynamic, passionate visionary responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department, as well as the overarching look, feel, and voice of the Drybar brand. The Creative Director will manage the creative process from concept to completion and translates marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. The Creative Director brings to life the creative vision for the brand and is the day:to:day manager overseeing all creative projects, managing both the creative team and working closely with Marketing, Project Management and Production to see projects through completion, according to timeline and budget. Deliver new, innovative ideas consistently to propel the brand forwardLead and direct the creative team in the creation of all marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, including storefronts, print collateral, website, product packaging, email campaigns, digital, social and OOH Review work, troubleshoot and provide clear, consistent, timely feedback to creative teamCreate brand visual and copy standards Collaborate and align with Founder / ECD on advertising campaigns and content initiatives Present campaign concepts to Executive Team, and consistently align with Founder and VP of Marketing on brand initiatives and creative campaignsKeeps abreast of industry changes and developments (tools, tactics, etc.)Performs other similar or related duties as request or assigned An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practicesMinimum of 10 years in creative leadership roleStrength in copy writing strongly preferredExperience in commercial / video / content creationSolid understanding of print production, content development and digital, social landscapeExpertise in brand development and multichannel marketing conceptsStrong leadership and team building skills; proven ability to work in cross:functional teamsExcellent communication and project management skillsProficient in In:Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
