Love travel? Always had an interest in apparel? Then this could be a great opportunity for you We are a safety apparel manufacturer and distributor looking to hire a Trade Show CRM Coordinator. In this position, you will travel the continental United States and represent our company at various trade shows throughout the year.
We are looking for someone who is looking to join a small but growing team in our Santa Monica:based office.
Position Overview:
The Trade Show and CRM Coordinator will manage all aspects of all our trade shows and company events and meetings. Responsibilities include: filing all contracts and paperwork associated with trade shows, maintaining our exhibit properties, ordering show services, arranging shipping, maintaining the trade show databases, and working with outside venders to arrange trade show related services when necessary.
Responsibilities:
:Coordinate all tradeshow and event activities, including procurement of space and show services, shipping of tradeshow booth, graphics, supplies, etc., and tracking expenses.
:Assist in creating and maintaining show folders and overall annual show calendar.
:Assist in researching upcoming tradeshow information and entering show dates, locations and attendee information.
:Work with our Sales and Marketing Coordinator on additional show requests.
:Initiates calls/e:mails with appropriate staff to discuss show samples, graphic requirements, and literature needs. Subsequently develops sample and literature lists required for the show.
:Responsible for preparing and coding vendor invoices, check requests, and maintaining budget expenditures.
:Assist in maintaining graphics and exhibit properties inventory including a digital photo library of exhibit images.
:Work with internal shipping department and outside agencies to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tradeshow services and materials.
:On:Site management of select high priority shows.
:Special marketing projects as needed.
:Distribute show leads to sales
Job Requirements
:2:3 years marketing, administrative, or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
:College degree not required but preferred.
:Demonstrated experience in project management and exceptional organizational skills.
:Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
:Ability to stay on schedule and meet deadlines within tight timeframes.
:Self:starter with ability to work productively in both individual and team settings
:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
:Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using CRM software/programs.
