Job Description:/h3:
Top Real Estate Agent in top producing office in Beverly Hills is looking for a very organized and experienced in this field Executive Assistant.

All qualified applicants must have the following skills:

:3:4+ years real estate related experience, MUST be licensed in California

:Proficient on the MLS, zipforms, Docusign, word, excel, CRM programs

:self:motivated and extremely organized while managing
personal/professional calendars. Must communicate effectively in writing.

:Must have experience in showing high end properties and working with high end clients. Must have a valid driver license, insurance and car

:Schedule showings, prepare showing materials and act as a liaison between clients, vendors and staff

:Assist with client interactions and the completion of real estate transactions

This individual must be extremely detail oriented, polished, punctual, confident and prepared to handle a heavy work load.
Hours are 10 a.m. :: 6 p.m., Mon:Fri and occasional weekends showings.
