High energy, Beverly Hills based commercial real estate brokerage company with 10 person office has an immediate opening for an office assistant with strong word processing capabilities. Must have pleasant phone demeanor, good organization skills, ability to coordinate work flow, follow direction, multi:task, and attention to detail. Will be responsible for directing all incoming calls (during 9:00am : 6:00p M:F, excluding one hour for lunch), word processing (primarily real estate proposals, database entry, preparation of marketing reports), general office support, and minor kitchen duty.
: Required Skills
* Microsoft Word/Excel
* Typing speed of at least 50+ WPM (you will be tested)
* Basic knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8/10
* Phone etiquette
* 2:3 years experience
* Prior real estate office experience a plus (but not necessary)
: Salary/Benefits
* 28:30,000 annually (depending on qualifications)

* Hours are M:F 9:00am: 6:00pm (one hour lunch break)
