Job Description:/h3:
Were seeking a disciplined, friendly, and reliable self:starter whos knowledgeable in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, and generally web and computer savvy as well as in office organization and administration. Basic duties include supporting our rental, sales, and marketing departments from the initial point of contact through to final sale, management of accounts recievable and payable, as well as payroll, employee information, and general office organization.
Although reporting to a single manager, candidates should be willing to work closely with a small group of individuals.

Candidates must have experience working as an administrative assistant, office/accounts manager, or secretarial work.

Were a small rental company serving the entry to mid:level motion picture producer, and leverage technology such as RightSignature, Slack, Stripe, and others to make for an efficient and easy work experience for both our customer and our employees.
In:house espresso machine and occasional lunch program.
