Home Improvement company, seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
:Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate staff members
:Greeting staff, vendors and clients.
:Prepare outgoing mail and packages
:Data entry
:Document assembly
:Coordinate conference room scheduling
:Maintain employee and visitor logs
:Assist CEO with scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.
x200B;Qualifications:
:2+years general office experience
:Must type a minimum of 45 WPM
:Proficient in MS Excel
:Must be organized and able to prioritize workload
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
