The assistant will be responsible for effectively managing office tasks.


Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Handles all inbound and outbound mail
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing,  retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Friendly demeanor
Strong organizational, planning, & time management skills
Excellent computer skills - Office suite, Internet savvy
Enjoys teamwork and working in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
