Job Description:/h3:
Pay: 14.70/hour
3+ months contract
Assignment effective around May 16 until September 1 (this will be duration of assignment). Assignment may be extended 4:6 weeks after September 1.
Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. : 5:00 p.m. Monday : Friday.
*Performs general Administrative tasks such as scanning and closely reviewing documents.
*Responsibilities include activities such as drafting correspondence to internal customers, closely following internal process documents, quickly learning related tasks as assigned.
*Conducts daily maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy in various systems.
*Responsible for loading of customer information into Customer Maintenance database.
*Assists regional customers and associates with problem resolutions, support and extra workload.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: : Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years related and progressively responsible experience; minimum five (5) years experience with ABC or like company in customer service, customer maintenance, or administrative position. SAP experience preferred. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
*Performs related duties as assigned.
*Demonstrated history of operating in a professional manner with customers or other associates.
*Excellent analytical skills relative to data analysis and data auditing.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
*Excellent customer service skills, proven track record of detail oriented problem solving, trouble shooting, and follow up.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs; proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
*Demonstrated ability to work independently.
*Excellent problem solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
*Ability to represent a positive and professional image.
