What is the opportunity?:/h4:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support theComplex Directorof the Private Client Group (PCG) and provide project assistance to the Complex, including Branch Managers, FAs, Administrative Managers, and Operations Managers. You will also provide assistanceby scheduling appointments, handling questions and paperwork relative to compensation, HR, expense reports, travel and meeting planning, phones and communication. You will aid the Complex Directorthrough anticipation of theirneeds and completion of their requests.
What will you do?
:Provide support in the preparation and production of high quality reports and presentations.
:Maintain the Director's business calendar.
:Manage schedules; coordinate meetings, conferences and other appointments for internal and external clients.
:Answers overflow incoming telephone calls for the Director.
:Coordinate business travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
:Prepare and distribute memos, reports and faxes. Makes copies and distributes as requested.
:Maintain office supplies, orderly files, mailing lists and prepares mailings.
What do you need to succeed?
Must:have
:High School Diploma or equivalent
:1 to 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably supporting a senior management position
:Self:starter who works independently with minimal supervision
:Excellent PC skills and written and verbal communication skills
Nice:to:have

:Fulfill requests with professional demeanor
:Prioritize tasks with particular attention to detail
:Understands confidentiality
:Excellent planning skills for travel and meetings
