The Director, Project Management is responsible for the delivery of all IT projects across the organization, partnering with the business and functional areas of IT to plan, budget, schedule and execute all projects globally.

:Lead a team of 9 project managers in delivering projects/programs that meet scope, schedule, budget and quality
:Leads cross:functional business unit steering Committee broadly responsible for project investment portfolio management and the delivery of project roadmaps
:Partners with Application delivery teams, Infrastructure teams and IT leadership to provide a common voice
:Ensures customer satisfaction through driving project execution excellence, reviewing of customer satisfaction surveys and participation in customer meetings
:Assigns Project Management resources and assists in the development of project teams with input from the Functional Managers, Project Managers, and other team leaders. Ensure design complexity, customer strategic importance, and team experience is properly balanced
:Resolves project management and project services resource conflicts in cooperation with appropriate managers
:Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget
:Contributes to the global strategy to ensure the project management teams global processes, tools, and people are aligned to ensure customer project needs and company financial goals are met
:Provide data on feasibility, cost, schedules, capabilities, resource availability, and contractual obligations for proposal development. Utilize risk management to determine the appropriate pricing model.
:Develops project overviews and monitors project schedules within the defined Project Management system. Keeps management advised on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, conflicts or challenges
:Identifies barriers to project success, negotiates through barriers with major stakeholders to keep progress on track
:Develops and maintains positive working relationships with project teams at the facility, division and group levels.
:Gathers lessons learned with project teams to review project success and areas requiring improvement for future projects and services
:Promotes industry:recognized, best:in:class PMO and project management standards; recommends project management tools and resources; and drives a program to ensure continued utilization of these processes.
:Maintain PMO policies, processes, and procedures
:Develops project management capabilities through training, coaching, group/individual meetings and discussion
:Maintains quality standards throughout project life cycle.
:Candidate must possess 15+ years of related business experience (project manager and/or equivalent).
:Experience running or serving as a senior leader in a PMO department managing Applications related Projects.
:Demonstrated leadership of a project/program management function practicing proactive, integrated project execution, application development, and partnering for business success.
