Job DescriptionOur Company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team!Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience using QuickBooks, Excel and OutlookGeneral office and fantastic customer service skills are requiredMust be reliable with a positive attitude and must enjoy working with peopleMust be able to pass a background checkJob Duties:Provide day-to-day accounting services, including preparation of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and project accounting utilizing QuickBooks (online and desktop). Additional duties include (but are not limited to) processing payroll (and reporting), bank deposits, filing, answering phones and invoicing.Hourly pay commensurate with experience.
