Job Description:/h3:
Our Company is currently seeking a full:time Bookkeeper to join our team
Requirements:
:Minimum 3 years experience using QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook
:General office and fantastic customer service skills are required
:Must be reliable with a positive attitude and must enjoy working with people
:Must be able to pass a background check
Job Duties:
Provide day:to:day accounting services, including preparation of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and project accounting utilizing QuickBooks (online and desktop). Additional duties include (but are not limited to) processing payroll (and reporting), bank deposits, filing, answering phones and invoicing.
Hourly pay commensurate with experience.
